This website is run by Sunns Technologies, with its head office in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, India.

The website describes our products and lets you request a quote. It is not a shop. You cannot place an order, make a payment or open an account through it.

We take care to show our products accurately, using our product catalog and the drawings of the parts shown. All dimensions and tolerances on the website are for reference only, and other sizes are available on request.

3D models, renders and animations illustrate our products and how they are used. They are not engineering drawings, and the scenes around them (such as trays, pads and glue plates) are illustrations. The specification that applies to a tool you buy is the one agreed in its quotation or order.

Lead times stated on the website, such as 2–4 weeks for models in volume production, are typical and not guaranteed.

A quote request is an enquiry. It does not create a contract. When we reply with a quotation, that quotation sets out the price, the specification, the lead time and the terms of sale. A contract is formed only when an order is agreed in writing between you and us.

The part number builder, the decoder and the bond length helper on the website are aids for preparing a request. Please check their results against your own requirements. We confirm the final specification in our quotation.

When you send us drawings, part numbers or other information, you confirm that you have the right to share them with us.

You keep all rights in your drawings. We use them only to prepare your quotation and, if you order, to make and inspect your tools. This includes sharing them with our partner factory in China, which makes our tools. We do not use your drawings for anyone else.

We treat your drawings as confidential.

The text, images, drawings, 3D models and design of this website belong to Sunns Technologies or are used with permission. You may view and print pages, and download the brochure, for your own business use when buying from us. You may not copy, republish or sell them without our written permission.

Machine and equipment makers named on the website, such as DATACON, PALOMAR, YAMAHA, Zeiss and Keyence, own their names and trademarks. We name them only to describe compatibility and the equipment we use.

Please do not:

• Use the website for anything unlawful, or to send us anything harmful, such as malware.
• Try to gain unauthorised access to the website or the systems behind it.
• Copy content from the website in bulk by automated means.

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.

The website is provided for information. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that arises from using the website or relying on its content, including the results of the part number builder and the bond length helper. Our responsibility for the tools we supply is set out in the terms of each quotation and order.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle the personal information you send us.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Durg, Chhattisgarh, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from this website.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The version on the website when you use it is the one that applies.
