An analytical SEM that gives clear images of every kind of material. It has standard EDS and WDS interfaces and built-in particle analysis for morphology and chemistry, and our partner factory uses it to control raw material quality.

Observes, captures and measures in one system. It is used for in-process control, and every product has an inspection image on file.
